Hello, first time here. Starting at 205 and I want to get down to 100 pounds. I have a restrictive diet due to Crohns but I'm hoping to get healthy and lose weight by this time next year. Is it possible to lose 100 pounds in a year and be healthy still?

Hi there, it is possible for sure but I think you may just want to see how you go as too steep a loss could cause a few issues. The last thing you want is to hit a horrible problem and then give up.
Wising you luck!0 -

It might be a bit too fast for 100 pounds a year. Doable, but the last of the weight is the hardest to get off. The only other thing I’d ask is your height. 100 could be too low of a weight depending on how tall you are.0
