So, every time I see the nutrition info of a package I often have salt in account. Every time I see the salt level of a product I always calculate 40% which equals more or less the sodium that's in there. (So if the package says 1g of Salt per 100g, I suppose I'm having 400mg of sodium), but today I bought this product and in the back of it there was this, which I don't really know if they mean the salt or the sodium, since salt is not necessarily sodium only:

Does this mean 830mg of Salt or 830mg of Sodium?
Thanks,

Does this mean 830mg of Salt or 830mg of Sodium?
Thanks,

I'm not an expert, but if I was logging that I'd read that as 830mg of 'salt', since Sodium Chloride is 'salt'.3
