1/2 marathon + 30 day shred?

Hello all! I am starting to train for a 1/2 marathon, it is in October. I am already a runner and just finished a month of boot camp at my gym. Now that I am off to school, I want to keep my motivation so I signed up for this 1/2 marathon. I want to add the 30 day shred to my low milage training for the 1/2. Good idea? bad idea? not sure help!

    I think it's great for cross training days! :) I do circuit training twice a week, run 3 days a week, and rest 2 days a week. I'm training for a half in Sept, and a full in Nov

  • Best thing you can do is add any kind of strength or resistance training to your routine! Just remember that when you taper off on the running to taper on that also. :)
