      Hey just joined too! I've been living in Merseyside for 12 years but I'm originally from Kent. I have around 3 stone to lose I've been counting calories for a while but can't quite master it. I seem to have been losing the same 7Ib and putting them back on again for months now. Thought this app would help me see where I'm going wrong. 🤞 I'm allowed 1200 calories which is loads so have lots of options for lovely meals and snacks on top. I have a dog so walk around 2 hours a day too. I'm very positive after reading lots of success stories on here.
