Staying Stagnant

Hello!

I have been working out and sticking to my meal plan for the past month or so and have yet to lose a single pound!

Any suggestions on why or how to get rid of the unwanted weight?

    Thank you. That is me but it is from last year. Have put on 8-10 pounds since and driving me nuts!

    You might be eating a bit more than you think. I'd cut 100-200 more calories and see if it starts to drop.

    Do you weigh your foods? It's possible you're eating more than you believe you are.
