I’m looking for some friends doing low carb/Keto or who are in Alaska. I have gastric bypass and am a nurse and mom!

    I dropped out of nursing school right after first semester started. My husband of 15 years died in a car crash, I just couldn't keep going.

    But had fun taking all the science prerequisites... Went to a school that focused on medical... So a lot of fun experiments... Like extracting active ingredients from name brand OTC meds versus generics.

    Extracting nutrients from frozen steamed veggies versus fresh raw.

    Microbiology: contest who could grow the most microbes and then testing best way to kill them.

    I love science and food!
