The journey over the last 19 months has been so incredible. I will never look back! I began caring about myself in January 2018. I've tracked my food, made healthier choices, and put my heath first. It feels great to be here!

Very minimal on my arms and stomach but it gets better as I go. I am starting workouts to build some muscle.0 -
Please share what all did you do to achieve this? Were there any obstacles e.g. hormonal imbalances etc? How did you overcome them?0
