Curry chicken salad

Bake chicken. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy. Makes 6 servings.

  This is actually quite similar to a classic english dish known as Coronation Chicken.

  ETA: Also, we sometimes make it with halved seedless green grapes instead of the apples and raisins.
