Usually 30 min only on the cross trainer, 1.5 miles, 400 cal. and 185 BPM


TODAY!!!
I did 40 MIN (woot) 1.78 miles, 503 cal about 185 BPM :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

Friday im trying a goal of 45 min :bigsmile:
