How often do you eat carbs and when?

I eat carbs all day, every day.
I eat around 50% carbs - lots of grains, fruits, veggies, legumes, and a daily treat or two.3 -
I had fruit, veg, and nuts as part of a smoothie at breakfast, those are carbs.
I had a big salad with chicken on it at lunch, those are carbs.
I will have some potatoes and more veg at dinner (with a pork chop), and maybe some more fruit -- carbs.
I eat 3 times a day and it's extremely rare that I don't have carbs at all meals. This is a meat heavy day for me, normally I'd have protein other than meat for at least 2 of my meals, and something like beans also have carbs in them.2 -
Same as above, I eat them every day with every meal, although I keep my intake at around 35% which keeps me satisfied and still have plenty of energy while losing weight.1

All day typically. At Dr's recommendationI have around 35-40% as I am pre-diabetic, but that keeps me satisfied and helps provide energy for cardio. I try to focus mainly on low glycemic index carbs, but include fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains/legumes in moderation and pizza/pasta/bread occasionally. The latter are all foods that I enjoy, but I watch portion size so that I can keep them incorporated as I lose weight to develop better long term habits.0

I eat plenty of carbs, every day, but try to avoid processed carbs.2

Same as above. I eat them everyday. I do best with meals that are a good balance of all macros. I still eat rice, pasta, potatoes, starchy veg, beans, grains, fruits, etc. and work in the odd treat as well. 40% carbs works well for me, but I don’t stress if I go a bit over.0

Here be my carbs. Not sure why it cuts off early on the 90-day report. Anyone else have that do it on theirs? I promise I've been logging for longer than 80 days.

Same as others, every meal.
Even though I technically eat keto, I eat a fairly clean version getting all my carbs from fruits and veggies. And a very little amount from dairy.
So, every meal I add fruits and veggies, and almost every snack is fruits.1 -
I eat carbs at every meal-mostly oatmeal, sweet potatoes, fruit, and ton of vegetables. It's usually around 200 grams a day, which is about 50% for me.0

350-450g carbs a day...abt 50-60% of my daily intake - bagels, cereal, pasta, rice - never Met a carb I didn’t like0
