Try ingesting more yogurt or Kefir (cultured milk drink). Sometimes those cultures can get into your gut and can regulate you.

Fresh ginger tea always does the trick for me and it's surprisingly delicious with a bit of honey/cinnamon!

Have you been drinking enough water? Not enough water could lead to constipation, especially with all the fiber intake. Have you been eating something different lately?

Water is a natural laxative.....8 ounces every hour until it moves.....if not try to drink/eat prunes.....but I would suggest looking at you water intake for sure becaues that is usually the problem if your eating has not changed that much.

If you can get ahold of liquorice tea, probably a health food shop, it's delicious and a gentle way to get things moving. Otherwise, agree with everyone suggesting more water.

I would have to agree with not drinking enough water. If you are drinking a gallon or so a day you should be good. Also green tea or coffee before starting your day helps.

a big glass of orange juice and a few (4 or 5) dried apricots usually gets things moving

I'm glad it's not just me, I eat loads of fruit & veg, drink loads of water & a green tea, and a pro biotic every day, but every now and then I have a week when I don't go regularly. If it gets to bad I take a senna tablet, but I really can't see any pattern to it, so I think it's just one of those things!

yoga. 20 min of sun salutation sequence before your morning shower moves anything and everything in there. The entire sequence takes me about 40 min. Have to break 1/2 way through.

It does work.I always keep ginger in the freezer (in a bag) and just grate some and pour boiling water over it and seep for about 5-8 minutes and strain.add your fave -mine is honey and a pinch of cinnamon..

Some of it is logical - if you eat less, you will poop less.

I really have to push the veggies. I know I have cut back on them when things don't happen as often as they should. Eat fresh, raw veggies. Spinach salads. My husband swears by the "2 mango cure". Eat two mangos! Lots of fiber and delicious. In fact, put them on your spinach salad! The juice of the mangos will be the dressing!

Include Papaya in your regular diet, it is one of the best natural things for good digestion. But again if you are not eating much and having 1 time normal poop then don't panic.

excessive fiber can actually cause constipation. Maybe eat some more protein.

(I had the same thing happen to me before).
