Does anyone know how to get more protein per meal without overdoing it with meat? I do eat meat/chicken but it’s not my favorite, and I definitely need more protein to fill my macros.

check out the "happy herbivores" group. There's a "recipes" topic, and lots of good ideas- even if you're not vegetarian.
Common sources among veggies are beans and legumes, hummus and peanut butter, nuts, and soy products like tofu, and eggs & dairy products like yogurt and cheese.
Personally, I like to make different salad dressings and simmer sauces out of silken tofu. Substitute silken tofu for any recipe calling for sour cream, yogurt, or mayonaise.

I love tempeh. It's very high protein.
I love making tempeh salad, (kind of like a chicken salad).
Nuts also. I can't eat them, but my family eats them for extra protein and calories.0 -
