Hey - New Here :-)

I’m new to MFP and have just started logging my meals today. I had a baby 23rd January 2018 but haven’t been able to loose the weight.

I am 10st 1lbs but my “comfortable” ideal weight but be back to being 8.5st - I am short so this is perfect for me.

Any tips on the best ways to loose the weight would be amazing x

    There’s loads on here and so many different ideas as everyone is different, stick to a basic of burn mor calories than you eat and you can’t go far wrong
