Looking for positive community support to stick to my healthy eating and fitness goals, and would love to support you as you reach your goals too! I gained 10 pounds over the last 5 years and lost some strength/endurance. I would love to return to my best self. No crash diets, just healthy food in small portions and daily exercise.
