Trying to get back on track

I started myfitnesspal earlier this week and have been off track the past couple of days. I find it very interesting that when I do not use this tool, my weight sky rockets... I will do my best to never let this happen again. It's so easy to enter in my food and exercise that I have no excuse not to use myfitnesspal. I have 73 lbs to go and not a minute to waste!!!

    Yes its so easy to gonoff track... You can do it.

    I have the same problem. Even if my eating is not so great, just logging keeps things in check. I have about 98 pound to go, so every day is a challenge but every day is one step closer. You can do it~ Don't lose sight of your goal :-)
