Struggling

I’m slowly losing motivation and I want it back. Any advice on how to step up your exercises once you get used to them. I’m lost and needing help.

    Make it fun! Try a new class, I’ve been getting some good deals on Groupon lately to try new fitness classes and it’s been a blast and cheap too!

    It's tough to keep focused-friends who are doing it with you help the most--but I find when I am slipping that a small bit of exercise will keep me from falling off a cliff. If you feel like you are plateauing with your exercise you can try to do a pyramid or ramp type work out (more if you to weight training). Or, if you can afford it, look into a good personal trainer.
