Nutrition Goals

I have my nutrition goals set at carbs 40% fat 30% protein 30% is this a good setting?

    Macros are largely personal preference as long as you get enough fat and protein. Your settings are probably fine in that regard. Beyond that, try them out and see how they work for you in terms of satiety.

    Hi, I’m doing Keto. I’m keeping my net carbs at 20g or below each day. Is it bad if I have fewer than that? Not on a regular basis, but maybe once a week, under 10g. Thoughts?
