Hi everybody! I’m a newcomer in search for motivation and tips. I told my doctor I’d like to lose 10 pounds by my next doctor visit, which is in 3 months. She suggested MFP, and that’s when I realized I already had the app because I’d attempted to use it about a year ago! Now that I’ve introduced myself, maybe I’ll stay on track! My weaknesses are beer and carbs.
