So I need to purchase a food scale, but have no idea where to start..is there one that is better over another ? Are the more expensive ones really better than the cheaper ones ? Which one(s) would you recommend ? Thank so much for the help!

i bought a super cheap one from walmart and it works just fine. I didnt want to spend a lot of money on a fancy digital one if I wasn't going to use it, so thoght I would start with this one. It works so well I see no reason to upgrade and I think I only spent 6 bucks.0

I bought mine years ago at Bed Bath and Beyond, and it's still working great for me. It's made by Salter and shows grams and ounces, and I'd be lost without it.0

I have an old plastic digital scale, with only 4 buttons and i love it. My husband bought a fancy multifunction chrome scale with lots of buttons and I hate it. For me, simple is better.0

I've had mine forever and I got it at target around $30 at the time. It's great it turns off automatically after you've weighed your item its best to get a digital one. Its by good cook, electronic scale. One that measures lbs and oz.. See if you can buy those spoon measures for cup sizes too.0
