Fine first week

Finished my first week. Started at 195 and weighed in at 192.4. Was hoping for a bit more loss, but I’ll take it. I had a short term goal of losing 10 pounds in first 3 weeks but I have adjusted that to 7. So 4.4 pounds to lose in the next 2 weeks!!! This is not easy, but I’m keeping at it. Actually there are moments where I do feel it’s easy and other moments when I find it really hard.

    Thanks and yes control your process. I hope my new journal 📓 helps. I think having a flexible place to work on triggers and challenges will be a great start good luck to all of you

    Congratulations on your first week! We are both in the same weight range so I understand the struggle. It’ll happen for us. It’s all about consistency even when the scale goes up.

    I always set the next 5 pounds as mini goals. I don't set a time frame for it. I just do my best and see what the scale says.

    If you set unrealistic goals, it would be very easy to get discouraged. Give yourself the opportunity to make this a lifestyle change and commit to doing this as long as it takes, as far as the weight loss part is concerned.
