I first started tracking my weight on here when I was around 16 years old and actually a healthy weight. It was quite scary to log back into my account today to discover that I have gained around 3 stone since then. I am always kidding myself when it comes to losing weight and have never fully dedicated myself. Hopefully keeping track of my eating habits and exercise will motivate me to get back into shape as I feel very unconfident at the moment. Any tips on how to stop binge eating would be really helpful!
