Love Food Network magazine (although we often lighten the recipes) and Betty Crocker.

I love Betty Crocker online (but it is rarely ever healthy stuff) and the 5 Day Pouch Test and Day 6 and beyond (from livingafterwls.com website). Both are full of flavor everytime I cook from them. I would never recommend Campbell's recipes. I've always thought they tasted very bland. I have a new Vegetarian cookbook that looks awesome.

I use Taste of Home Diet all the time, and Now Eat This Diet is really good too :)

I second Taste of Home they have wonderful magazines and Healthy Cooking is one of my favorites. As for books I love the Comfort Food Diet Cookbook (by Healthy Cooking), and Hungry Girl 300 Under 300

Both Ellie Krieger books are great. I lover her thoughts on food, they are in line with mine.
