    I've been using MFP for 18 months and have lost 50 kilos! I'm now down to the final 20kg stretch. I live in BKK and am from Australia. Love to make some new friends to cheer each other on, motivate when we're not feeling it, spy on your food diary (and mine!) and help each other to achieve our goals!!!
