Hey... im Amanda, I will be having weight loss surgery in a few months and my doctor recommended this app to help me out. I hope we can all help each other become happy and healthy together.

    Good morning Amanda , I’m new to my fitness as well, I’m excited for you which surgery are you getting? Sleeve? Gastric bypass? I had gastric bypass in 2013. Oh btw my name is Debra .

    Welcome Amanda! Loads of helpful people here. There is also a group or groups on here for weight loss surgery people. You will likely find alot of friends there who can identify with your experience. Good luck with your journey.
