Intermittent fasting and CrossFit

Hey everyone just dropping in to say hello and I’m on day 3 of intermittent fasting. Looking to shed fat and gain lean muscle. It’s definitely tough because I’m a morning person and I love breakfast but I’m not getting the gains I’m looking for so I’m trying something new.

    What do you mean by "gains"? What are your goals, to gain weight, maintain (recomp), lose weight/lean out? IF can help control your calories but in the end it's down to your intake that will drive if you lose, maintain or gain.
