New to MyFitnessPal

So hey, my name is Timothy, I’m 18, 6’1”, and 160lbs. So I’m definitely on the leaner side of things, and I’ve been consistent Weight lifting for a year now. I downloaded MFP originally so that way I can Keep track of what I’m eating and know what to change in my diet. So if anyone has any tips on how to better utilize MFP or just wants to talk general Fitness then feel free to say something!
