So, what do you guys listen to **AND** if you have some fav hip hop (or rap) that I should add to my playlist **PLEASE** drop them. I listen to almost everything in general, but for workouts it's pretty much exclusively hip hop, though I do run silent when I run (unless I'm on the treadmill)...

Just put my pandora on mix and skip if the song doesnt suit me. I cant be one of those angry lifters that has to pump himself up by getting mad thinking about his ex gf while listening to metal songs of revenge 😂

R&B and Reggae...mostly old school
Some country like Chris Stapleton and Johnny Cash
Salsa/Meringue....even some classical for ballet workouts

I run so I do Spotify lists for bpm. I'm up to 164 bpm, and it's mostly techno or house music. I don't really care what it is as long as the bpm's are consistent1
