Jogging NSV!!!!!!!!!!

So I moved to a new school where its FREAKING HOT all the FREAKING TIME and yet people actually go running in this heat without water! Yikes! As a person who is new to running but not to cardio, I didn't want to sacrifice the progress (however small) that I had already made with my jogging distance. So I tried the treadmill for the first time last week. IT'S WAY HARDER THAN RUNNING ON PAVEMENT. In my opinion at least. But to get to the point. Today. Oh, glorious day. I jogged for a straight two minutes without an asthmatic wheeze or the feeling of lightheadedness from too little oxygen. :noway:
This is why techno was invented. For people to zone out to when jogging. :laugh:

Great job I remember when jogging 1 min (on pavement!) was such a big accomplishment for me

I actually agree with you-- I train on a treadmill (at various speeds and inclines) and I always find that outdoor running is easier. I don't know why..maybe the change in scenery has something to do with it...
anyways, congrats to you and keep it up! just gradually increase your time... and try a program like C25K if you need some guidance about how to increase each week.0
