So lately I've developed a form of "Senioritis". Is it even possible to get it when you're attending a 2yr college? Anyway, I've been pulling all-nighters for the past idk... weekend now & I was wondering:
"What do/did you munch on while you study?" -- Basically I need suggestions as to what is considered "good brain food".

i do almonds. They're all protein and really keep you full. Almonds are my favorite but really any nut will do. I don't know ho healthy it is, but eat about 15 and i'm good for a few hours!
Also, If i have to eat something sweet, I go for granola or dried fruit. I really hope this helps!0 -

I read a study once that said if you eat an apple half an hour before you study, you remember more. Something to do with the chemicals in the apple or something like that. I can't remember now because I didn't eat an apple before I read it. But really, try it. I used to do it for finals and midterms all the time.0

Carrots. Apples+honey. Carrots and honey are not a bad combination either. If I really need NOT to put any calories in, I chew lemon. Raw. I love it. I chew about half a lemon at a time. Not hungry afterwards at all0

apples; they stimulate your jaw muscles and get the blood pumpin through your brain!
also, walnuts are EXCELLENT for healthy brain function (your brain is made of fat, after all!)0 -
Almonds, carrots, fiber one bra, low fat cereal bars, string cheese and avocados.0
