    Hi, I make Black Bean Mushroom Chili. Recipe is from the book Secrets of Ultimate Weight Loss by Chef AJ.
    Everything goes in the instant pot and is really good the second day.

    Google Indian instant pot recipes. They are a plenty and many (or maybe even most) are vegetarian.

    Is an instant pot the same as a crock pot or a pressure cooker?

    It's a pressure cooker that also has a slow cooking function. I personally have never used that function on mine because I have a dedicated slow cooker, but I've heard less than seller things about it's slow cooking abilities.
