Hey all! My name is Sam. I used to be super active a competitive swimmer etc while younger. Keeping it short finally getting back on track I go to the gym 6 days a week and also have some persistent health issues that make the fitness train that much harder to beat out of the station 😂 anyone looking for motivation, mental health wise gym wise daily food intake wise whatever it may be don’t hesitate to say hi!!!! It’s all a journey and sometimes a friend can help!
(Sometimes getting into a routine can be hard...this is my happy place. It keeps me motivated. What’s yours??)

    Hey Sam. How goes the journey? I have recently restarted the gym rollercoaster. Been at it about 3 weeks now, so not quite a routine but trying to stick with it. Good luck
