Been a long time lurker and wanted to build muscle for sometime.
I’m 43, 6’3” and 76 kilos as of today.
I’ve recently taken up the weights and want to start bodybuilding and hopefully compete.
Looking for male frkends who are also into bodybuild and can offer help and advice.

Hey I’m Mike I work out with the weights about 3-4 times a week. Three tips 1 don’t workout the same muscles every day split the groups up. Exp. Monday - chest and triceps, Tuesday- back and biceps, Wednesday- legs, Friday- shoulders. 2 the bigger the weight/less reps for bulk, less weight/more reps for tone. Last buy a fitness journal or just a plain notebook and write your progress down it’s the best way to see your results and keep you on track! Hope this helps you!1

You'll need to look closely at your diet to make sure you're eating enough and that your hitting your macros. If you're just starting out, a good idea is to balance your macros evenly.1
