    Fellow Scot here; although not from Glasgow, all my family were Buddies and I grew up in Largs on the Clyde coast. :bigsmile:

    However, I left Scotland at 23 to go to Uni in Hull and apart from 5 years in the Netherlands, I've been living amongst the Sassenachs for almost half my life now :laugh:

    Welcome to MFP. I'm in my 3rd week here and it's really helped change my life :happy:

    Yeah I am from deepest darkest lanrkshire - Cambuslang - Glasgow? but work in the big smoke. Just joined today so looking forward to some nice weight loss and fitness gain. Trying to lose me gut and unearth the hidden six pack.

    An American near Glasgow here (East Kilbride). I've been on MFP for 7 months now and have lost 4 1/2 stone. Always looking for new friends and motivation, so anyone can drop me a message for a friend add! I will be in Glasgow on Sunday for the Great Scottish Run (half marathon).

    They mean the REAL Galsgow in Scotland :)

    not in Scotland anymore, but i was born there...lived in Kent Street across from the Barra's till we moved out to Arden.
    then we moved to England and now i am in Texas, USA :)
