Hiya folks,

I'm Jonny from Ayrshire, Scotland. I have just just joined this site and looking for inspiration and encouragement. I have struggled with my weight for about 8 years and I want to lose at least three stone but not getting anywhere fast. Hoping this site will help. Feel free to add me as a friend as I think I will need all the help I can get :)
