New to MFP

Let’s try this thing! I had an eye opener and knew I had to do something! My biggest fall back are Sweets!! If any one has recommendations for a sweet tooth please lmk! :)

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    I was addicted to gumdrops when I started here in June. I tossed them out on my first day. Within two weeks of eating pescatarian, my cravings were gone. I haven't had a gumdrop since.

    Some people fit their sweets into their calorie allotment. I chose not to.

    Hey! Sweets were such a big issue for me..have you tried “Yasso Greek Yogurt Bars” they taste just like ice cream! 5g protein in every bar, Range in 90-110 calories. 1-1.5g fat! They have helped me tremendously! : )
