How do I input this?

Doing some strength exercises with 10lbs hand weights. So when an upright row asks for the weight, do I put 10lbs or 20lbs? Doesn’t count toward my calories so not sure why I’m bothering inputting other than motivation.

You can input "strength training" under the Cardio tab if you want a small calorie allowance from your workout. I never enter anything in the strength tab.1

I try to under report anything that allows me more calories per day just in case the MFP calculation is off. I've started using multiple trackers for my walks to compare the calorie burn on each, because I'm OCD like that.0

I’d input the row as 20 lbs, since that’s what you lifted. But since it’s just for your own tracking/motivation, I think you’re fine wither way as long as you’re consistent.1
