    Welcome to the community! <3

If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

Note: buy a food scale. Eat the foods you love and stay at a calorie deficit.

    Good luck with your journey!

You are trying to gain weight, right? Do you know your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)? It would be helpful to know this to correctly track your calories. https://www.gigacalculator.com/calculators/rmr-calculator.php. Welcome, and good luck!

This is a new experience for me and I am ready for the challenge. I just started the diary and would like to know with limited mobility are there any exercises that I can do to further my success? I have been very sedentary for years so want to start slow so I don't burn out too soon. Any thoughts will be wonderful. Thanks

Are you able to walk? If so, it really is a great place to start.

walking is the best, but if you have trouble walking, perhaps stationary bicycling or even using a mini bike with your arms. also dancing while seated in a chair.
