Welcome to the community!
If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
Note: buy a food scale. Eat the foods you love and stay at a calorie deficit.
Good luck with your journey!1 -
You are trying to gain weight, right? Do you know your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)? It would be helpful to know this to correctly track your calories. https://www.gigacalculator.com/calculators/rmr-calculator.php. Welcome, and good luck!2

This is a new experience for me and I am ready for the challenge. I just started the diary and would like to know with limited mobility are there any exercises that I can do to further my success? I have been very sedentary for years so want to start slow so I don't burn out too soon. Any thoughts will be wonderful. Thanks0

Are you able to walk? If so, it really is a great place to start.1 -

walking is the best, but if you have trouble walking, perhaps stationary bicycling or even using a mini bike with your arms. also dancing while seated in a chair.0
