Finding myself less and less motivated as the days go by. I don’t wanna lose myself, I am not sure how or where this sudden drop in confidence comes from? It springs on you out of no where and hits you hard. Idk I am just trying to see if I’m the only one, and ask how to get over this....

Ask yourself why you're here. Better health? Lose or gain weight? Bulk up?
What brought you here?
Perhaps you could join one of the many September challenges.

Like my trainer said. U are on a train. Many times the train will stop and people will get on and get off. If u stay on the train u will eventually reach your destination.4

@caballerom45217 I feel ya. I get that way at times too. You are not alone! People are obsessed with themselves, their weight, their gains (gym talk-that I know nothing about), etc... It gets too much at times! Then we all fizzle out and get tired of it. I have found, for me, that the more NORMAL I am the more I feel NORMAL. No extremes or demands of my body to do XYZ. Just do what I know to do and trust the process. I have found that walking (my only form of real exercise) has helped my confidence. I feel powerful when I force myself to con't my walk even when my fat legs don't want to keep going. When I finally get home I usually feel so super stoked that I did it! So................find something that makes you feel confident. Whatever that may be...and just do it!

I suggest Maitri Meditation. In our society we are taught that negative emotions are what motivate us. The truth is that love motivates us. Love yourself, be patient, kind, compassionate, and patient.
Frustration is the difference between expectations and reality. Over the last three months I've lost 17 lbs. I've got a plan that I enjoy and I love it. Find your passion, find your community and support, find your liberation; and embrace life to the fullest.0 -
I think I know how you feel. It just comes all of a sudden even though you've gone such a long time without any problems. For me, I usually have to change something to get excited about things again. Doesn't have to be anything big, and doesn't even have to be related to my eating. I think the feeling comes from too much complacency and sameness in life.1

Any chance that subtle fatigue is involved? Sometimes calorie restriction can lead us there . . . .1

I just think on why I started in the first place although you’ve got to have a good “why” for that to work.
In any case I believe it’s discipline that allows consistency, no one is motivated 100% of the time, well no one real and/or honest.
Good luck 😀. Stay with it, remember why..
