I had gastric sleeve surgery about 4 years ago. I gained weight so now l am trying to lose it again. Dr said if l don't then l need a revision. So here l am.

    I wish you all the best. Have you gotten help from a nutritionist in the past? I can only imagine how difficult it must be to gain after the surgery - I hope you find what you are needing here!

    You will thank yourself for starting TODAY rather than Monday, or the first or January or whatever postponing tactic.
