Hello everyone! Hope you all are enjoying your weekend! One of the goals I have is to control my portions and take time to feel the sensation of being full instead of over-indulging during meals. That way I can meet my weight loss goals and feel confident in myself 😊1

My main goal is definitely weight loss but I'm also doing some strengthening. I have a long way to to go before I'm happy but I'm making progress. It's been a change, actually trying to watch what I eat. I'm very picky so my menus aren't perfect but I've been doing pretty well I think.0
