Not using scale so my weight is only getting updated occasionally to check when noticed difference.

So roughly
Current: /11st size 12
Goal: 8st size 8
Height: 5’1

Looking for someone else without much to lose but terrible at dieting so we can chat and vent instead of giving in! I don’t know why but since I was young I’ve found restriction just makes me fantasise about foods I haven’t bothered to eat in years! 😂
