Very happy that the number moved down this week. Only 5 days left until final WI in August! Most likely I won't be able to lose 1.5 lbs in that time to reach my August goal of 137 lbs, but it would be great to even see 137.9 on the scale to see that number 137.
Let's all stay focused these next 5 days so we have a fighting chance at reaching our August goal weight or getting as close to it as possible! For those of you who have reached your goal, congratulations!5 -

August 1: 257.4
August 5: 256.0 (net loss 1.4 lbs) note: the past few days have been rough. I have an anxiety disorder and am off my antidepressants since my husband and i want to start trying to start a family once my new insurance kicks in in September. So, a stressful situation triggered a (couple) panic attack(s) which triggered a (thankfully short) depression episode which made staying active nearly impossible. But the stressful situation has been resolved, i hit a different stage in my cycle, i feel normal again, and my husband was awesome throughout the whole odeal.
August 12: 254.2 (net loss 3.2lbs). I weighed in at 252-something yesterday, but they was likely water loss, today’s follows a more linear pattern with where I had been the rest if the week. Full day of meeting today, 2 additional half days before starting full time teachering next week. Classes start a week from friday.
August 19: 259.6 this week was rough, switching from running every day to sitting in meeting all day. Plus salt and “lunch provided” (seriously, why don’t they ever offer vegetables?)
August 26: 254.2 topped out at 260 before leveling off and working my way back down. Was able to go walking over the weekend, but not running as I think I strained a ligament in my foot at back-to-school night. With 12k steps before leaving the building today, it might be slow healing.

Still not doing as well as I want, but at least I maintained. Doing my best for the remainder of the days!6 -
Really hoping to lose another couple of pounds this month. Did really well last month and saw 3 or 4 new lows. I am hoping to continue that into August and see what I can do.

August 1: 143.7 I think this is a little high still. I am hoping it will drop by next week. Beers and fast food from Tuesday
August 7: 142.1 nice drop today. This is where I thought I would have been last week. Oh well, better late than never.
August 14: 142.7 still floating around here. I actually saw 140 and 139 last week but spiked back up this week. Which is my norm. I should be back down next week and hopefully finish the month off great.
August 21: 145.1 still up from 3 day weekend and water retention
August 28: 142.7 back down. It doesn't look like I am going to meet my goal this month. It was a rough one though.

Even though I didn't reach my August goal weight, I'm glad that I at least made a little progress and for 3 days in August I was in the 138s. Hoping I will be back in the 138s in just a day or two, and then will work on getting to the 137s and have my goal for the end of September to be at or below 136.3 -

Sept 1: 251.4. 20 lbs loss overall for the summer, 6 lbs loss for the month. It was a bit of a roller coaster near the end, but I seem to have found a new routine that works with school starting back up. Now I just need to fit working out back into that routine.4 -

August 31: 143.6 Well I lost 1/10 of a pound this month. Not one of my best ones, but there was just way to much going on for me to even try and lose. Hopefully September will be better for me.
