So. About 6 years ago, I pos5ed a discussion asking if I'd ever be able to run outside for longer than a couple of minutes or in intervals. Well, last night, I did it! I completed the Couch to 5k plan and ran for 30 minutes straight (3 times this week). So proud of myself and determined to keep it up as I've not quite hit the 5k mark yet...need to up my pace or run for longer methinks.

well done! I love that little program and even after over 2 years I still use it to interval train. I switched over to Map My Run when I finished C25K and it gives you a ton of information about your pace.

Thanks for all the fab comments. Think I might try map my run for moving forward. I really want to keep running as part of my regular routine as I love the sense of achievement after completing each run πββοΈ0
