    What brings me joy? Finally accomplishing a goal (literally could be for anything. a lifting PR, Beating a running time, a really hard thing I’ve been working on at work, etc.) as long as it’s hard and makes me work hard for it then it brings me so much joy to get it done.

    And for peace definitely listening to calm soothing music, sitting outside, with a cup of Hot Green Tea. It sounds corny but that’s it for me. Pretty simple
