Second time round

Hi I'm going to give this another go I have about 3st to loss and want to do it before my 40th next year. I'm one of those people who as soon as I say I'm going to eat healthy all I can think about is food so will be looking for as many low cal snacks and meals as I can find. Thank you in advance for your help.
