Its a fitness DVD. Jillian Michaels - Biggest Loser trainer- made a dvd called the 30 day shred. It's pretty straight forward, for 30 days you follow the DVD's workout regimin and it kicks your butt. It's very popular in the fitness/weightloss world!0

I'm on L1D7---and I want to add in extra cardio after (walking or something?) to make the most of the workout and extend the calorie burn---but it's been so hot in Houston that I'm going to have to figure out a way to get my extra cardio in...might just have to get to the YMCA elliptical machine!!!!----also doing an 8 week biggest loser challenge to keep me motivated!!!...winning money helps that too! :-) good luck everyone!0

Do guys do this? I just got the DVD for my wife, and I'd like to do it with her, but all the pictures and stuff I've seen on this are of girls. Not that I care, I just want to know if this is keyed specifically for women or not. And I can't just watch it for Jillian, she really doesn't do anything for me. :bigsmile:
I'm in a group that started on 08/22 and we do have one guy in our group! He says it's a great work out for him. So if it's something you want to try, go for it!0 -

I got the dvd 2 months ago and can only manage to do it about 3x a week. I have a newborn at home so it's difficult to find the time. I'm going to attempt to start over today though! Good luck, we can do it!0

I've just taken the plunge and ordered it today from Amazon uk (£5.99 +free postage!).... I have a feeling I'm gonna regret it on the first day LOL but hey - its supposed to be a work-out not an easy-out! I have never attempted do any workout dvd 's before so expect it 's gonna take me a few attempts before I manage to do the while thing.0

I am on day 7 level one and I found the first day extremely hard, but it's only 25 minutes so you can see the light at the tunnel lol, was so sore the first few days but if you just keep at it by the 3 /4 day it feels soo much better. Good luck everyone kick it's butt!0

I PLAN on starting today. I was going to get up a half hour earlier this morning, but that didn't happen. Hopefully this afternoon I will do it. I hear such great (and painful :laugh: )t things about it.0
