Sometimes life takes over

I was doing really well for a very long time but then a co worker passed away after a battle with cancer, I took on a lot more responsibility at work, my kids lives got busy, I was diagnosed with ADHD after years of being told it was anxiety and depression and we'll, through it all, I lost track of moving and started sitting still to get things done. Now that life has found it's new norm, I need to find mine. So here I am, back after years away.
