I'd say the first month, where I lost 10 pounds and a bunch of inches.
Good luck!1 -

Thank you. ☺0

I was going to say I noticed after the first 10lbs.1

Im 5'10 and starting weight this time around was 230's for reference. It took about 15 pounds for my clothes to start feeling looser. That was the first big thing I noticed! I would lose 1-1.5 pounds a week so probably took a couple of months.4

Ten pounds is a dress size, so you’ll notice your clothes are a little too big!3
-
I also find that every 10 pound loss equals 1 clothing size down.4
-
I must carry my weight differently than most because I'm down nearly 30 pounds and I'm just starting to notice looser clothes. Honestly for me I still notice very little change, but other people notice. Which for me is more motivation than anything.6

It took me ages to notice and I was really hard on myself and it took a long time to think of myself as leaner. I was at the gym yesterday in a class and literally didn’t realise I was looking at myself.9

I'm top heavy, and I didn't notice the change till 20lbs later. I've always work skinny pants, but now my shirts are getting loose.1

I was 7 months pregnant when I happen to see my butt in the mirror And the image was scarred in my brain. 😱 So I hadn’t looked since. That was about 8 years ago.
I’ve been using MFP for 3 months now, finally taking off that ‘baby weight’, and 2 months in, after about 8 lbs off, I noticed not just my clothes fitting differently, but I saw in the mirror a butt I could be happy with! 🤭😂🍑3 -
10lbs till I noticed a change.0

I've lost 6 pounds since May 1 (140 --> 134). I'm 5'3". I possibly lost a couple additional pounds since last fall, although I wasn't tracking. I went down 1 pants size to 8 US when buying new long pants for this fall, and most of my size 8 tops fit, plus a few smalls.
In the past, I generally wear US 4s and 6s once I get under 125 lbs.0 -
Took about 12-13 pounds before I felt thinner. At around 30 lbs other people started noticing and commenting on it. At 40 pounds all of a sudden I had whole archaeological layers in my closet that fit again and that felt like the real breakthrough.4

At 45 lbs lost I still see nothing, although a dress that didn't fit, now fits, so I guess there is some change.
The bigger you are, the longer it takes I think.5 -
I noticed after 5 lbs. huge difference in how my clothes fit.1
-
I didn't see a change until I had lost around 20 pounds.1

55-60 lbs down is when the real changed for me happened. before that, too much fat covering the muscle. I take progress photos every few days. It's amazing looking at before and after photos and the progression.1
-
20 pounds. It was day 45 before I lost the first pound of weight but I stated to lose pain after day 15.1
-
Physically, at nearly 30 lbs down, I cannot see changes day to day. I see some changes in progress pictures though. I started to feel differences though after about 15 lbs. I am sure it is very, very different for everyone.3

20- 30 pounds. For me 20 pounds minimum before a size change2

If you are asking about appearance or clothing fit, I haven’t noticed anything yet (down about 15 pounds). But, I have noticed my general fitness has improved and my wedding band is much more comfortable. I feel like my overall mood has improved, as well.
ETA: Regarding clothing, I have noticed my bras are fitting better. It’s not such a struggle with the sports bras as it was a few months ago.1 -
I'm down 20 pounds and don't really notice much yet. A pair of yoga type pants that were quite tight before now do seem to fit better but that's about the only change I've seen/felt yet. But I have 50+ pounds to lose yet so that makes a difference. Where as if you only needed to lost 30 pounds total then you'd probably notice 20 pounds a lot.1

I first noticed after I lost 8 lbs. I’ve heard other women say that’s the magic number.0

I think it depends on how much you weigh, so it’s a proportional thing. I am at the lower BMI range and I notice anything more than 3 lbs significantly in how my clothes fit and how my belly looks!0
-
15 pounds. It's when I've noticed that my clothes got loose and I've bought a skirt a size smaller (NSV!).0
-
I started at 10st 4lbs last April and am now 7st 12lbs which I hit late last year. Other than having to buy smaller clothes I haven't noticed a difference at all.
I think I was in the 9st range when I bought smaller clothes then smaller still when I got to the high 8st range and smaller again at the lower 8st range.0 -
Some days I notice things others I don’t. I think I noticed my face slimming first, probably at around 5lbs. Then nothing for awhile, then I noticed clothes fitting a bit better, but still no dramatic changes. Now I’m down 20lbs, (5’4” 181 to start) and still don’t think I look like I’ve had significant loss but just yesterday I put on a cotton (non stretchy blouse) and realized it was no longer tight in the arms and that I had a couple of inches of positive ease.
I definitely have a bit of an issue with how I perceive my body. As a teen I was a size 4 120lbs and saw myself as much bigger than I was, when I was at my top weight I saw myself as smaller as I was. It was only in pictures that I can truly see the size that am/was.
So I’ve stopped depending on my eyes/brain to judge accurately.0
