On my 4 month journey to lose 35 pounds I lose another 2.2 pounds on week 3
Week 1- 2.86 pounds
Week 2- 2 pounds
week 3 - 2.2 pounds
Current weight 88.2kg/194,5lb
27.96 pounds left, lets go💪

Don't get discouraged if you hit a plateau, you probably dropped a lot of water weight really quickly so you might find progress slows down. Just stick with it and be vigilant, and you'll get there.2

Hey buddy, I can only assume you've reduced your carb intake a little? When we do that our bodies hold less water, that's usually what when people start a diet they drop quick right away and then it slows down. Aim for 1-2 lbs loss per week at the most, any more and you'll be losing muscle mass as well.0 -
@giancarlov1191 yeah man my deficit is around 8300 cal a week so thats around 2 pounds1
