14 years ago I lost over 100lbs and have maintained my goal weight....until now. This past year has taken an emotional toll and I’m up 20lbs. I’m here to take back my body and become more mindful of when I’m eating and why. I walk, ride and lift regularly and am committed to logging my successes daily.
